From the ICU to Your Home: Why I Built Arrache Precision Health

If you were to walk into my office—or, more accurately, join me for a virtual visit—you’d see a space designed for clarity, listening, and evidence-based results. But to understand why I practice the way I do, you have to look back at where my journey began.

The Spark of Passion

I earned my Associate’s degree in nursing in 2013 from Antelope Valley College, where I grew up. My first home was the Intensive Care Unit at Antelope Valley Hospital. For five years, I worked on the front lines of healthcare, caring for patients in the most critical states imaginable.

Too many of the patients I cared for were there because of undermanaged, chronic conditions that had progressed to multi-organ failure. I saw firsthand the devastating ripple effect that preventable illness has on families. During those long shifts, I made a vow: I would find a way to get “upstream.” I wanted to help patients manage their health before they reached a point of crisis, so they would never have to face the heartbreak of chronic disease devastation.

An Education Driven by Advocacy

My commitment to that mission led me back to the classroom while I continued my work in the ICU. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Bakersfield, focusing on Public Health, followed by my Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of California, Irvine, in 2018.

During my time at UCI, I completed my preceptorships in Federally Qualified Health Centers across Orange County. It was here that my passion for preventive care solidified. I saw patients struggling with complex chronic conditions, but the traditional system often focused on symptom management through medication rather than identifying the root cause. While that work was necessary, I knew there had to be a more proactive way to care for people.

To bridge that gap, I went on to earn my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Brandman University in 2021. My doctoral research focused specifically on how telemedicine can revolutionize access, slash wait times, and—most importantly—improve the patient experience.

Balancing Life and Health in Southern California

I am a firm believer that high-quality, precision healthcare should never be sacrificed for the sake of a busy schedule. I know this from personal experience: I am the proud mom of three children under the age of four.

I understand exactly what it feels like to juggle a career, a family, and the constant “to-do” list that comes with living in Southern California. I’m a big believer in practicing what I preach—when I’m not working, you can find me enjoying the outdoors, soaking up quality time with my family, or grounding myself with yoga and meditation. I know that true wellness isn’t just about avoiding the doctor; it’s about having the energy and vitality to show up for the people and activities you love.

Why I Created Arrache Precision Health

I founded this practice because I want to be the provider I wished my ICU patients had access to years ago. I am passionate about preventive care, metabolic health, and helping you optimize your life so you can stay out of the hospital and in the moment with your family.

I don’t believe in rushed, assembly-line medicine. I believe in unrushed, evidence-based care that is confidential, efficient, and—above all—centered around you.

Thank you for letting me be a part of your wellness journey. I look forward to meeting you.
